Subject: To His Holiness the Dalai Lama ...

"Give me your tired, your poor / Your
huddled masses yearning to breathe
free. / The wretched refuse of your
teeming shore. / Send these, the
homeless, tempest tossed to me, / I lift my
lamp beside the golden door!"

(Emma Lazarus, in "The New Colossus",
a sonnet written in 1883,
that is now engraved on a bronze plaque
on a wall in the base of the Statue of Liberty.)

To His Holiness the Dalai Lama:

Time call us to go to the International Court of Justice. This is the only possible way, and place, where we will have a real dialogue with China.

We are talking about the most important judicial organ at the United Nations, this Peaceful Palace located at the heart of the peaceful city of Hague in the Netherlands. The only capital in the World, known for its history in peaceful international settlements, for territorial and boundary disputes.

The Buddhist religion and philosophy plays a prominent role in the spiritual, cultural and social lives of most of the Eastern world, therefore, the Tibetan State cannot simply disappear!

With that in mind, now is time to constitute a team of experts in International Public Law. The best possible team, to claim and demand for Justice, which means a repossession claim of the Tibetan territory, to bring back His Holiness the Dalai Lama and his people to a Free Tibet and, consequently, the prompt reinstatement of his possession, further declaring that the continued presence of China in Tibet will be illegal and must be terminated as soon as possible.

All the States Members of the United Nations should refrain any acts that implies the recognition and the legality of China's presence in the Tibetan territory, and that such regulation should also be extended to all the States, which are not Members of the United Nations, contributing in action to the subsequent independence of Tibet.

It's time for the International Community to stop, once and for all, the genocide of an entire Nation. The Peaceful State called Tibet.

Able to go to the Court by himself just for the cause

PS:

As His Holiness has said, only the dialogue will solve that question and it can no longer wait for a good faith dialogue coming from China. It is an absolute reality that no dialogue would be possible at this time without the presence of an International Court of Justice, as mentioned above. Regardless, this is an action that only TIBET can do it! No one can do it in its place!

After all this, Tibet could be considered a Humankind World Heritage by the United Nations, and begin to shine with dignity and self-existence.

Taking Action

"If peaceful protests and non-violent struggle still has a place in this world, then the governments and international agencies, human rights bodies must stand up for Tibet, protect the lives of the Tibetan people and thereby resolve the long standing injustices being inflicted on Tibet and its people for the last 52 years." (Kirti Dolkar Lhamo, by The Tibetan Youth Congress, Tibetan Women's Association, Gu-Chu-Sum movement of Tibet, Students for a Free Tibet, The National Democratic Party of Tibet, in The Tibet Post, Thursday, 07 April 2011, http://tibetparaomundo.blogspot.com)

Tibet will be free!
